Responsibilities

• The department is responsible for planning the Ministry’s programmes, projects and activities.
• The department aids in preparing the Ministry’s Budget.
• It conducts research into problems and areas of activities of the Ministry, it carries out studies to determine and monitor the set of efficiency targets for the Ministry.
• Provides statistics on manpower, it monitors and evaluates plan implementation. It collects and compiles statistics for annual reports.
